Payment method
Our prices may be subject to change due to increased costs on services, purchasing, currency, increased taxes or other conditions out of our control.
We prefer payment by card, MasterCard eller Visa. Cash payments are only accepted in Norwegian currency (nok).
If you wish to receive and invoice for you reservation, please contact us prior to your booking. We have a 14 day due-date on group reservations.
Check-in and cancellation policy
We guarantee check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am.
Cancellations must happen 48hours/2 days prior to arrival. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled less than 48hours/2 days prior to arrival, the reservation will not be refunded.
If No-Show the reservation will not be refunded.
Cancellation of confirmed package deals and events/conferences/group orders (more than 5 rooms and 5 people) our general terms are:
Skjolden Hotel will require a non-refundable deposit
Cancellation qualifying for a refund must take place no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation later than 45 days prior to arrival - 50% refund of the original price
Cancellation later than 30 days prior to arrival - 25% refund of the original price.
In special cases our terms and conditions may not apply; Force majeure.
We recommend having a travel insurance.
Force Majure
Skjolden hotel is not liable for unexpected events outside our control, such as strikes, fires and other. In case an unforeseen event, we reserve the right to cancel events and bookings without further compensation.
Equally Force majeure can change the terms regarding cancellations for our guests.
Damage
Our guests will be held responsible for damage to the hotel room, inventory or other .
